Records labels are just there to give artist more money for studio time, video budgets & maybe beats from major producer's

Record labels are there to make money the way they feel comfortable making money. Black Genocide pays the bills but talking down on Jews, gays or police is "Not the way they want to make money" As far as CEOs are concerned they aren't a one size fits all. Some of these guys had juice 20 years ago but not so much now. If your prospects don't measure up to the current golden boys then you can or will get fukked up. 50 was supposed to do a Jlo song eons ago till calls were made...Ironically 50 found himself in the drivers seat when he was screwing with Styles P's rollout in the mid 00s. When these rappers claim to be independent they are claiming to be independent. There are a plethora of mediums to be utilized to ensure your words aren't misconstrued...they just want you to get the fairytale
