The fakkit Vegeta got in the way when Cell regenerated back and sent a death blow towards him...Gohan jumped in front of the blast disabling one of his arms. If Gohan had both arms...he wouldn't have need Vegata's weak assist.

Vegeta was top 3 level strong when Cell came through but the DBZ writers wouldn't let him have the win. Trunks should have been able to handle him too. Instead they had to give the win to Gohan. The problem is that Gohan needed everybody to help him and it made him look like a paper champ.

No the creator had Gohan in mind to be the new hero and for Goku to pass the torch which is why u would see Gohan have these Power Burst. But when Gohan defeated Cell the fanboys made a big deal and wanted Goku to be the Hero and thats why Goku beat Buu but what he did in return was end DBZ with Gohan as the strongest of them all

If we being real. Cell shouldn't have survived that final flash,but typical dbz writing is to never make vegeta the most powerful one.

That final flash was the gulliest attack in all of DBZ. That would have gotten the job done, period. Vegeta got robbed.
