There was at least twelve generations of slaves i would guess if starting from Jamestown to 1865 if counting a generation as like 20 to 25 years. Each estate of former slaves would be owed like 3.6 million based in this math. Seems like alot of money but when bring into account that every family tree is huge now, 3.6 million divided between everyone at your family reunion isn't all that much money. I had like 30 people at my last one. That would only be $120K each.Off of one generation counting for inflation, that $11,680 ranges from $200,000 - $300,000.
One generation.
Run those pockets.
He said free labor for 32 years, cac, I can dividerun me my money bytch in the most polite way possible

although this doesn't take into account that this guy was freed and didn't work his entire life like previous generations.basically saying reparations should include more than just lost wages.
Great point.Land, free education, health care and money should all be given to descendants of slaves. And subsequent generations up to the integration era ending in the 90s.
One thing we have to take into account, is that some of the slaves were skilled tradesmen not only working in the fields. Gotta calculate those wages too.
Makes sense, since he was actually a slave. If he was still alive, i wouldn't be asking for shyt for myself. pay him first. He's asking more back then than we ask now for our vote
