I like the study on crack cocaine but, I think he came to his conclusion without taking into account certain things such as when people buy crack on the street it is stepped on and the other substances may be part of the addictive qualities that we see. As well as needing more crack to achieve a good high and that gives them that fiend personality of always looking for crack.
He mentions that in other videos when you talk about what its cut with.
He used pharmaceutical grade crack which means it's the best And that is very hard to get. When you drain your dopamine with some good crack you will be relaxed or slow. If anyone has seen a hardcore crack addict you will know this. They get burnt out. Also all that adrenaline that gets released can cause a lot of health problems down the line. I think the reason this is research of his is getting pushed is for two reasons. To have people say drug addiction is someones choice so they can give high arrest rates amd for somewho want to legalize drugs. It's a good start but it's based on halfway done research.
Then you weren't listening.
Dude doesn't want to increase the number of people being arrested. How did you seriously come away with this?
He's not saying crack doesn't harm you either. He's saying that the incentives behind crack use aren't being treated fairly or analyzed.
Also, the part on meth addicts not having cognitive damage may be true of meth heads but definitely not true about coke/crack users or even heavy weed smokers.
HE DID NOT SAY THAT.
he's NOT advocating the use of crack/coke/heroin.
He's basically saying that the data DOES NOT incorporate the number of high-functioning drug users in non-poor areas.
Crack users tend to act like little kids and have bad choice making skills. They also get mad real easily. Weed smokers tend to have bad short term memory, and are lazy. Now, if you take into account what tools they use to ingest the drugs or the potency of the drugs, as well as have a healthy social life the outcome will be different. I seen all of this firsthand.
You think THAT dude hasn't seen the evidence or hasn't witnessed it first hand?
He sold the shyt for a minute. He's seen people behave the same way you're saying...
But what he's saying is that the drugs arent the sole issue and complete root/source of all drama as its been made out to be.
