The Sixers picking Shawn Bradley with the second pick in the 93 draft. We coulda had penny
Are you serious?!
The Bengals are the only team that passed on Moss twice the year he was drafted.
Drafted Takeo Spikes and Brian Simmons instead. Went into 1998 with a WR corps consisting of David Dunn, Damon Gibson, James Hundon, Willie Jackson, Carl Pickens, Darnay Scott & Stepfret Williams.
Nevermind.....looking back I guess they didn't need Randy Moss with all that talent @ WR.
He was one of my favorite Gators, can't believe he was such a bust. I remember Jacksonville got Quentin Groves too. Both of them ended up being underwhelming.
Add Reggie Nelson to that list too.
The worst of all time
1980
The golden state warriors (draft day) trade the #3 pick AND robert parrish for the Celtics #1 and #13 pick. They in turn draft JOE BARRY CARROL. At 3, the celtics draft kevin Mchale.
In whole, the warriors traded robert parrish and Kevin mchale for joe barry carrol and rickey brown....3 years later, when the duo was winning their second nba title, carroll was playing in ITALY. Brown would join him a year later...
Lions:
2005 - Mike Williams - a year removed from college, drafted 2 WR's in the 1st round previous years. Ware and Merriman were selected next
2001 - Kalimba Edwards - horrible DE, everyone in the city of Detroit was pissed cuz Clinton Portis was still on the board
