Yea that wouldn't be good but I doubt Julius is that.
It's crazy that SA is in a "decline" but as a nation, at least in terms of economic diversity and health, it's far far better than my nation of Nigeria.

Sad but to be fair this is about to screw half the developing continents on the planet. When their economies were hot and foreign investors were eager to loan USD at low rates, everybody jumped in. Now the USD is strong due to Fed rate hikes, that payback in local currency is looking questionable. This debt will have to be partially written off unless we want 10 more Argentinas.
