Meh... his biggest achievement thus far is bipartisan infrastructureI doubt most people arent going to accept that as a "Biden/Dem win". He's basically getting done what Mitch allows.
8.7 billion really isnt a lot of money, and CDFI's do nothing to address the unique challenges faced by African Americans... not sure why anyone would expect this to be praised tbh. Thumbs up sure, but its really w/e.
IMHO to the average American, him reneging on his student loan debt promise outweighs everything in the OP
