I don't know about drugs, but I wouldn't be surprised if she might have some mental health issues / going through some sort of depression. Her departure from WWE was really weird. I don't know her visa situation, but her leaving WWE might've put that into jeopardy for a minute. She's had her social media comments disabled for awhile, so maybe she had some sort of negative experience with that too that is still in her head. Who knows? Either way, hopefully she can get better.
