If you don't have nuclear weapons, your opinion is just that, an opinion...
The only way to balance power, is to arm every country with nuclear weapons...I have noticed that countries with nuclear weapons only have regional skirmishes here and there, but all the other powers make sure that nothing serious pops up in those countries...
But countries without nuclear weapons are the ones always getting sh+tted on or getting involved in full scale wars...
If I was a president, you damn right, I will do all that is possible to get a nuclear weapon...
