I just started S5. So far, how is it compared to S4?

Started off with a bang. . . This nikka Forest Whitaker is no joke. . He got Vic looking like

All of their problems so far ( I am in season 5 ) have come from his fukkups! And!!!! He got the smoothest nikka since Lando Calrissian ( Tavon ) fukked up and in the hospital cause of his racism. fukk him and his bytch wife.

I dunno, IMO Shane gets more likable as the seasons goes on. He atleast gets drastically less racist after having sex with the black girl.

I ended on Season 5 and that season was piff. This show really kept upping the stakes, no bad storylines in sight.

Asked for the boxset for Christmas, don't fail me momma!

From about mid way through season 4 to the end of the series the show just keeps upping the stakes and turning the dial up slowly. It's incredible to watch. The tension just keeps building.

Imo season 5 of the shield is up there with any of the goat shows best seasons ( including season 4 wire, season 4 breaking bad, season 2 sopranos) its on the same level to me.
Forrest whitaker's performance should've easily won him an emmy. He literally went from flabby to sick trying to come after vic.
That episode where hes at the precint (but also at us the audience) about how terrible vic really is, was prob his best episode

Than at the end where he looks at vic like, are u happy

I am now two episodes into the final season.

This nikka Shane tho... Literally all the fukkery is because of him!. Dude cannot keep his horse mouth SHUT!

Gardocki is cold as ice tho.

I'm sad my Shield journey is coming to an end. I'm going to savor this final season.



On a side note... The Strike Team are masters at kicking doors in. . If I was a criminal in Farmington the first thing I'm doing is getting reinforced doors.
