Aaliyah with the hair over one eye
Good point but it's gotta be more complicated because the good soundtracks use to sell.Radio doesn't mean shyt anymore so their is no need to cross-promote and maximize awareness for the film.

Classic middle school track....Was never my favorite from her, but an one of those songs that played everywhere, pure late 90's nostalgia....The times when her and Timbaland, plus contemporary R&B, like Jagged Edge, Joe, 112, Dru Hill ran the radio, tv, and charts....I never thought I'd miss those years like I do now, not that the music went away, I listen to all my 90's shyt everyday, wake up blaring some Next or Ginuwine, 'Same Ol G', it's just the feeling of not appreciating your youth until it's gone....These songs are like instant nostalgia, that catches memories I had forgotten, I still remember that hook, it just sounds like the hallways of my middle school, wearing Tommy Hilfiger, Guess watch, sounds like 8th grade trips and walking to school, or getting that ride to school from my friend's older sister, or listening to a 90's style stereo playing basketball in front of my homies garage.
