his mental toughness was his main knock at cuse....he'd crumble when teams played him physical which effected his decision making....not saying he won't grow from it, but yea we'll see when teams lock in on him and take away the spacing on those shots........
his impact on defense is more intriuging IMO

Playmaking instincts equate to more than putting the ball in the hoop. This new era AAU generation is finding it hard to understand than this, particularly the PGs. Even someone like Kyrie doesn't possess the PG acumen that MCW or a Rubio displayed the first moment they stepped on the court.
In the Cavs case, guys like Dion Waiters game suffers for it. Smart basketball men see that Dion, while flawed, is not consistently put in ideal situations to showcase his talents due to Kyrie's lack of PG IQ.

I wanna see him do well. But again, THREE games. I remember after Brandon Jennings had that 55 pt game in his 7th game, nikkas was calling him a future hall of famer and how he should be an all star in his rookie season. Not only did that not happen, but he ended the season averaging a shade under 16ppg on horrid shooting that season.

No, I'm just saying it's only been THREE games. He's not trash or anything, but what will you say when he has the inevitable 7 turnover game or the 3-13 shooting game? Even CP3 has had games with high volume turnovers.

I'm going to say anything after a bad game. I see beyond the peaks and valleys of rookies first season. But talent is talent. No need to try and reinvent the wheel in an effort to pick holes in a guys game.

i think he will be a nice pg especially due to his length but wait til the NBA grind hits that rail thin frame of his and of course he never shot like he's been shooting....i don't expect that to continue (or if it does I must commend the coaches system).
