Black people can be prejudice, but in order to be racist you need a whole system of structured support that backs you...which whites have. The court system, the media, law enforcement. These are all

things that whites have backing them!

Of course. Racism is animosity towards another race or thinking another is beneath. Simple as that.

People confuse institutional racism with racism. If it takes oppression to be racist, then asian, mexicans, indians etc. can't be racist either. And I know for damn sure black people won't agree with that.

Black people have a lot of reasons to have animosity towards white society. Many times it can be logically justified. Is it still racist to be angry about being a victim of racism?

Yes you can be racist, as @Neal Rigga pointed out there's a difference between individual racism and institutional racism. Y'all are confusing prejudice with racism. Prejudice is a preconception based on irrationality yet a black racist it could be argued has reason to feel that way due to simply the faculties of the mind or through actual experience.

What institutions do to enforce racial superiority is DISCRIMINATE against minorities. Discrimination is putting prejudice into action.
