I seen 3 laid the fukk out in public lookin DEAD, and a fourth shoot up in his feet...JUST YESTERDAY

I'm used to midwest crackheads who are upfront about their hustle but low key about their crack use...these west coast mothafukkas WILL shoot up in public with ZERO fukkS GIVEN to the police. Pioneer square is straight fiend central...tourists go from to :ohh: to real quick on them tours. And international district?
