bunch of dweebs talking chit. i love threads like this because people always expose themselves in the 1st couple pages. sort of like an unofficial census of who's who on here, if you will.

**waits for the real heads that was actually out here back in '01**

cmon man, you cant be serious. I dont even like the Blueprint like yall do but fukk...that Fab album was just the definition of bland and boring. that shyt was the musical equivalent of tap water.

many will say the same thing about the blueprint.

and for the record, the blueprint is clearly the better album in my book.

OP is the Worst poster on the coli

i'd like to say something negative about you in return but i never heard of ya.

Man, Fab's buzz was crazy....the freestyles, 'Victory', was one of them were crazy, he was killing shyt, and 'Can't Deny It' had a little buzz too...people were really waiting on the album, but back THEN people were like 'why the fukk he dropping the same day as Jay'? There was no comparison. After the snippets to 'Ghetto Fabolous' leaked, everyone was done, bland beats, way too much commercial shyt, the one or two 'hard tracks' didn't have the edge his freestyles did. 'Keep it Gangsta', and 'One Day', plus the lead single, and that was a wrap. He had a whole extended metaphor about oral sex....'Get Smart'....nah, man, nah.

people were arguing about those albums for a good couple months.

i was one of those that thought fab joint was crazy once you get pass the filler but not on par with blueprint.

but there were lots of fab fanatics. lets not forget that. and lets not forget that fab's album sold like crazy fresh out the box.

I don't think anyone, with a serious opinion, and to be taken as such, ever said that 'Ghetto Fabolous' was on par with 'The Blueprint'. There were probably shock, bullshyt, threads, but come one man. The Fab album is trash. Get past the filler? And you are at like 2 songs.
