The funny thing is people gonna use revisionist history on him and say it wasn’t WWE’s fault.

It wasn't WWE fault COMPLETELY though, they def had their part in it for example jobbing out to Lesnar clean at his hottest was absolutely stupid....Rushing that match the way they did on a B-list PPV No Mercy 2017 ; having him constantly destroyed by Lesnar every time didn't help either.

I can’t even remember the last guy who got that over that they didn’t make an effort to sabotage. Maybe Batista? Actually yeah. Post WM XX I think he’s the only guy booking didn’t absolutely ruin with either a shyt gimmick, stripped away what got them over, or outright tried to bury them when they got main event level over. That’s 15 years now.
