He is a legit starter, but he needs talent to excel.

He is a bottom 12 type QB though.

Thing is the NFL doesn't have 20 great QB's, you need to pick someone who can lead, know the playbook and make the throws.

Carson is all of those things

He could start for NYJ, AZ, Buffalo or Philly.

Terrelle Pryor is the better option for the Raiders than Carson Palmer at this point. shyt if Palmer wants to leave Oakland they need to show him the door quickly. Dude's been a scrub ever since the Steelers blew out his knee in that playoff game.

Really, It's kind of amazing he did that with a bum ass receiving corps.


I wonder what he'd look like on the Cardinals.They have a very good receiving corps.Larry Fitz...Michael Floyd..Andre Roberts...and TE Rob Housler(dude is going to be dangerous 6'5 240 running a 4.4)

They just had the worst QB situation in the history of football last year.


I think Palmer could throw for 4500+ and 30 TD's with that squad.


Especially with "air it out" Bruce Arians as the coach

He's actually pretty decent. He just isn't as good as he thinks he is. That Oakland team is simply atrocious. Not excusing the picks....but who is on that squad? 4000 yards and 22TD's is pretty impressive...even though he was coming from behind most games.

A lot of the criticism comes from him strong-arming his way out of Cincy like a diva and then getting traded for a massive overpayment. He hasn't lived up to that trade but that's not his fault.

That line should be improved this year.


They had a rookie starting at RT( Bobby Massie)....He looked like shyt the first 8 games of the year.Gave up like 11 sacks in that time.

But he played pretty well and didn't give up a sack in the last half of the season.He's developing and should continue to play at least equal to or better than he played those last 8 games


Their starting LT(Levi Brown) missed the whole season.Dude was a pro bowler the prior year.


They're good at the ends.Now if they draft a guy like Chance Warmack and plug him in at guard, that line should be at least average.

I don't expect them to be as bad as they were last year
