So I seen this shyt going around, and i wanted to do some research on this broad. Because personally I just dont believe it. I'm a huge Enzo fan, i think he really is a talented person but excluding that. I just don't like this social climate we're in.

True, but they could have just been on the safe side with the suspension. Firing is basically the final straw for the WWE because they endeavored without any type of litigation besides accusations. It's like a employee who always gets into trouble yet does their job. The boss finds out money was stolen and points to the bad employee because of their past demeanor. They fire this employee but later finds out that the money was stolen by the bosses cousin who came in the following week. It's bullshyt that the boss automatically found a reason to let go of the employee, instead of just doing some research with the HR department.

Multiple sources confirm Enzo not telling WWE about the investigation was a big factor in their decision to fire the Cruiserweight Champion, especially since he was apparently on thin ice due to past behavior behind the scenes.

This would seem to indicate that Enzo’s firing was due to a violation of the morals clause in his WWE contract and not because of their zero tolerance policy regarding sexual assault.

In regards to the moral’s clause, the company’s corporate website states: “WWE’s ability to fine, suspend or terminate a WWE talent will not be, however, limited or compromised in any manner in the event incontrovertible evidence of such illegal misconduct is presented to WWE. Section 9.13(a) of the WWE booking contract, commonly known as the “morals clause”, provides WWE with broad discretion and authority to act under such circumstances.

I wouldn't be surprised if when the #metoo stuff popped off they was like " DOES ANYBODY HAVE ANY ALLEGATIONS THAT WE NEED TO KNOW ABOUT? :usure:".
