1st hour that went unopposed against RAW is still some of their most viewed hours of their 15 year history but that's the only nice thing I can say about that.
"Hello Ladies" went to "Ladies.... I'm here"They had Val Venis winning matches lol
They should not have. At all. Everything has to be top notch if a company were to do that and they needed an amazing amount of buzz with a strong fresh roster. They waited WAY too long to do it
They did a 1.5 and had everything you just named after the January 4th episode thoughThey should not have. At all. Everything has to be top notch if a company were to do that and they needed an amazing amount of buzz with a strong fresh roster.
By far worst segment in Raw history. There was a point where the crowd chanted TNA during a Raw segment (Trump/O Donnell). Then again, I would rather watch TNA fukkery over that segment to be honest![]()
Monday Night War? More like Monday Night Massacre
One of the problems outside of The Earth already being scorched during the first Monday Night War, was that the fans actually believed that the 2 viewing audiences of Raw and Impact were not being shared and there is an untapped million+ viewers to be gained. Yes, the first night drew a large number for TNA, but then you had the hyped return of Bret Hart against a live Impact episode against Raw. Once that novelty wore off, the new eyes who watched both shows disappeared and the fans of both were forced to choose what to watch with Raw being the popular choice.
The TNA Monday Night War was really Hogan and Bischoff trying to snatch the company from under Dixie and failing in the process.
