Lethal is awesome...and I haven't been keeping up with it as much as I'd like to, but he was putting on some great matches in ROH earlier this year.

That's Desmond Wolfe/Nigel McGuinuiess, one of the biggest prospect in the wrestling biz until he had to retire prematurely due to injuries. One of the ROH almumnis (along with Bryan, Punk, Joe, Homicide, etc)

He signed with TNA around the same time Bryan signed with WWE, WWE was supposedly more interested in him too but he failed some health related tests or something.
