I'm still trying to figure out how reparations can get passed without a study into it. I bet if they just pass a bill for reparations and gave all blacks $20 dollars, these nikkas would complain it wasn't enough. Well the money has to come from somewhere and it has to be determined who receives it. ALOT goes into some shyt like that.
