About a month or 2 ago I stopped by the city to look for 2 homeless individuals to give 'em 20 bucks each, I searched for a good min and couldn't find anyone so I as was heading home I spotted a homeless man and woman sleeping on a bench,
I parked my car and went over to them and said "Merry Christmas" and handed them each 20 dollars, the homeless guy's name Mr. Abraham said "I just prayed to God for one of these today (Early Christmas gift)"
The lady's name was Ruby so I called her Ms. Ruby and I explained to them that I could very well be homeless and that I wanted them to know that they are loved and that I love them, they said they loved me too and Mr. Abraham said he hoped that I get blessed with a Lamborghini (not knowin' that's my dream car) he said no matter how bad you got it, just know that somebody out there that doesn't have what you have wants it, that car you have, somebody wants it be thankful"
I must say that Mr. Abraham and Ms. Ruby's attitudes were nothing short of positive and it was a breath fresh of air to learn from them as they were smiling and still gratefull though they were homeless...I wrote that experience down and dated it...shyt almost made me shed a tear when I told them that they were loved and that I loved them...
so now I'm lookin' into volunteering and helping others cause though I have my fair share of trials & tribulations there is always someone else who has it worse that could use a person's smile, help and good will, etc.
