Then try attacking the oldest debt.



You can call creditors and try to work down interest rates.


If you see anything on your credit report that's not suppose to be there u can dispute it with one of those credit bureaus.

but you got to get that gpa up to at least 2.8. i mean you got people graduating with 3.6 and not getting jobs in this market.

the way i see it, if you got low grades you got to make up for it in other ways. you have to develop a mouthpiece to talk your way into the door. bad grades + quiet/reserved is not a formula for success.

Try this site creditkarma.com Lot of good advise. Gives you access to the info on your credit report and a simulated score that corresponds closely to your fico. Pretty good for monitoring and managing your credit. Quizzle.com is good too.

I don't know a single person there. I am moving there for a job that is gonna pay me nice salary. I am basically going there with a couple thousand. I'd really appreciate if u could tell me where a cool/safe place to live with young people and nightlife. I'm gonna be working in Metarie but want to live in the city or very close to it. Also a good barber shop would really help.
