That was the whole point of getting Ossof and Wernock elected out here in Ga. the Dems now control both chambers of congress so they can easily pass the Stimulus checks.


It’ll be $1400 though. Not a full $2k. They’ll tack it to the $600 we already got

Nahhhh I feel like they are going to have to come up on the full $2K as that's what they specifically ran on and the only reason that they really won both seats in GA to be honest. I remember Chuck saying the $600 was a down payment, but a lot of people don't. Anything less than the need check being $2000 and the Democrats might end up losing in the 2022 midterms as some people will feel cheated.

That's why I kind of feel like they should have specific on the $2,000 so the message wouldn't get skewed if it doesn't actually follow through with that amount.
