I started a similar thread about years but shut it down because I had other obligations but I just started training my wife again after a 8 month lay off
Hi
So now it's time to get back in shape
The first video is the weight in

Cardio for burning fat is heart rate dependant !!!!

Depending on your age, will dictate how much fat you burn per minute

Usually Men burn more fat then women due to being more muscular and less fat.

Muscle burns calories faster then fat because it requires more calories to sustain that muscle.

How do you find your target heart rate?

Example:
Your age (20) subtracted from (220)= 200
Then you equate 70% of 200= (140)= target heart rate for maximum fat loss..

Walking on the stair stepper or revolving stair and high incline on the treadmill is the perfect cardio for burning fat

If your just starting out
Do 20-25 mins about 3x a week
Every 2 weeks after increase cardio by 5 min
Add a extra session also.

What if you not tryna lose weight.

I'm 51/2 132 lbs.

I'm petite.

I just want to get everything toned and firm and my stomach back flat like I was 18. A lil rounder ass won't hurt I don't care if it's big bc I'm tiny and everything is well portioned.

Advice :lupe:

And yes I exercise with weights.

At 5"1 you would probably look how you stated at 125 lbs, plus you would have wiggle room to eat more or be more laxed on your diet.

We're talking a 7 pound drop

Drink more water
Try a natural cleansing of the colon
Cardio, walk on a incline about 30 min after workout or stair stepper
Drop carbs after 4:00 pm

For a rounder ass
Try walking lunges and squats always work

Thanks for the thread. I'm definitely here for the toning info for women. For workouts with weights, can you post the recommendated # of sets, reps and how many days to do them going forward?

I work out out at home.

I don't want to get too descriptive.

I'm under 5'5 and top heavy. My goal is just toning. My diet is clean 80% of the time (I'm bad with snacks and working on that) and I drink mostly water anyway. I like the look of toned, shapely legs.

I do squats a few times a week and walk a lot, but I can't say I'm on a strict schedule. I'm wondering what else I can do.

I prefer to workout at home, and eventually plan to take up yoga again.

2 new video from today
Here some great booty building/shaping exercises you can do at home, if do consistently about 3x per week for about 6 months results are garentee.

The first video is done in regular shoes, the other video is done in heels, doing squats in heels provides more leverage so you can go down lower when squats to hit the glutes harder for better booty shaping results.
