The infatuation with real diamonds makes ZERO sense to me.

Modern industry has given us the ability to create other items that are just as shiny for a cost that is several orders of magnitudes cheaper...what's the point of paying for a ridiculously expensive diamond?

just think if we used them as what they are "stones" along side of other stone material that we use currently today as a main use and not for jewelry
