In some ways Tim is still underrated. He gets his props, but is evidently downplayed as some R&B producer like he's Darkchild or Babyface. As great as those guys are, the likes of Rakim aren't clamoring for them to produce for them, they haven't produced Hip Hop records as hard as "Come & Get Me" or "nikka What, nikka Who". Tim's produced some of the biggest and best songs for some of rap's greats i.e. Jay Z.

Dude is possibly the most influential Hip Hop producer this side of Dre.
