The Coli is home to the absolute worst taste and hot takes on literally every form of entertainment.

That's not a "hot take", and it's not even that controversial of an opinion. The movie bored me. You knew exactly what was going to happen the whole time. None of the avengers had the slightest chance against Thanos, he was basically playing with them. Every fight scene seemed contrived - everyone's abilities varied wildly depending on whatever the writers wanted to happen at the moment. But even though their abilities were totally all over the place, you still knew what the outcome of every fight would be so there was no tension, so it felt like the action was developing based on what the writers needed to happen rather than based on what would naturally progress based on the characters and their situation. The use/nonuse of the stones made little sense. There were a trillion obvious plot holes. And there were so many characters stuffed into such little time that no one was really developed at all.

About to head off to see Endgame, I'm expecting it to be a lot better and at least this time it's not quite as obvious exactly what will happen.
