The mutha****in BX
in games 1-3 lebron james got single coverage on defense and was averaging 4 assists per game

games 4 and 5 they decided to let harden guard (and they sent doubles to help) him for the majority of the game and he put up 12 and 13 assists

once again, im not seeing why yall are downplaying this. it clearly made a difference.

my nikka chill man............u killing them right now.

brooks overreacted to bron's post game, and allowed the heat spot-up shooters to launch on them, instead to mixing-up zones/man defenses.

every team that has used the zone against scott brooks has had success with it. scott brooks said "fukk that, im gonna do it my way"

they need to fire him, it happens all the time, they need an experienced coach to get them over that hump

:snoop: people, even me, said this about Spoelstra last series. Listen... the fact of the matter is they didn't make the shots they normally make. This was the Heats time. Consider all of the mental torture Lebron and the rest of the team went through. I'm amazed Lebron despite all his setbacks came out this season and post-season, and despite minor roadbumps, came back with even more ferocity and motivation. This years Lebron had it on a string. He was just a key match up problem. If Durant guarded him? Foul trouble. If harden guarded him on the block, it was either an easy score or Lebron kicked it out and someone knocked down a shot. The close out game was literally the Heat beating the Thunder with their own medicine, albeit it a historical one.

It's tough for them, but they will get their chance down the road.

:what:If you lose 4 straight it has nothing to do with coaching the other team is just clearly better

It isnt Brooks fault that hardne shyt the bed and thye have no otehr socring optiosn outside of Westbroo kand Durant

Its not his fault Durant has no impact on a game if he isnt scoring and his D is awful

Thunder are a jump shooting team with no inside scorign and arent great on D either thats why they lost

This and why can't the Thunder just not be ready yet. The players and the coaching staff improve and go farther every year before getting exposed.

Thunder played the softest i ever seen a finals team play. Where were the enforcers in the paint? Not one hard foul the entire series. You gotta want it man. What Perkins on the team for?

Phil Jackson should be their number 1 priority (if he wants to coach)

Stan Van Gundy would be a good look also.

I don't think westbrook and ibaka are smart enough to operate in the triangle. I would absolutely love and hate to see JVG coaching. He deserves it and has an incredible basketball iq even tho he has a few out of whack ideals.

Ya'll stuck with brooks. No HOF coaches (except maybe Sloan, he's used to it) or great players are going to willing want to play in that shythole. Same reason Bosh wouldn't play in Cle with Bron.

So I guess y'all can coach a team better than brooks?

You can be the best coach in the world, but if the players don't do their job. Nothing the coach can do about it.

dapped!

The Heat were just better and unstoppable. Mike Miller, Battier, Cole, Chalmers hitting shots like they're Tony Kukoc out there. Brooks should have give the Thunder players pepper spray to keep em away :leostare:

Neggas just can't admit another team was better. That's why I respect Heat fans. We showed love to the Mavs when they beat us. These neggas partied down here like they were home and people were giving them props and saying congrats.

So, all you HOF coaches, why you neggas did not have a scheme for Battier and Chalmers ? Owwww I seee
