savage's shyt was dope but once he started wrestling in that one piece he kinda looked a lil silly. you know with the tassels on the arms and shyt.
but yea when savage came down to the ring you truly felt like royalty was gracing us with his presence. I think the theme helped a lot with that too.
And since I haven't seen his name mentioned yet I'm gonna give a shout out to 98-99 rock with the swagged out 1000 dollar shirts and linen bottoms. whether he was a heel or a face you just knew there was not a man in the wwf with more swag. Dude was ultra mochismo, like razor ramon but wit more elegance and class.

It depends on what you are looking for. Randy had the most unique wrestling attire- truly one of a kind. Flair had beautiful robes and standard trunks to match and he will probably go down as the best dressed man outside the ring.
Shawn is my #1 though.

I'll also give a nod to The Undertaker.
Now not everything was a winner with him (96 Survivor Series- corny) but due to his height, he made most of the looks work. The hooded trench is my favorite look that he rocked. Unfortunately, they have decided to add accoutrements that just aren't needed for someone of his stature.
