Their kicker is hurt. They're actually better off going for it honestly. If they kicked it both times, they would have had 6 points at best but instead they got a touchdown out of it once.

i bet they wish they went for 3 now:skip:

:snoop: Dude, when has Ohio State ever dominated recruiting in the South or out West? They don't have to. They dominate in their region. And with Penn State in bad shape and Michigan still trying to get black to glory, Ohio State is the most attractive option for a prospect in that region.

Ohio State has been a power because they do a good job grabbing top recruits in its own backyard. Beanie Wells, Terrelle Pryor, Maurice Clarett, Ted Ginn, Troy Smith, AJ Hawk and others were all either from Ohio or from neighboring states.

Urban Meyer's Impact On Ohio State's Recruiting

You really dumb if you think them dominating recruits in their region will amount to shyt. The best players in the country are in Texas, Florida and California. Not one of them players you listed did shyt against the speed in the other conferences. The Big 10 coaches understand the players in their region are big and slower than the rest of the country. Dominating in Ohio State's region will always lead to a Big 10 championship followed by them getting smoked by faster conferences
