Honestly, I think people that own Wii's don't really care about console releases. Only way for Nintendo to compel people to cop Wii-U's is to stop making games or dlc for the Wii. If not cats will play their dance games, rock band games,excercise games, Wii Sports games and Mario games oblivious to new versions coming out. The Wii was the ultimate social device in a way the X-Box 360 and PS3 weren't. If non-gaming teens and 20 somethings can turn that system on during a party and have mindless noncompetitive fun, what's updated graphics and new IPs to them?

yeah im def coppin at some point. they already got a handful of games i know im getting. new zelda, new xenoblade, 3d mario, smash bros, MH3. but yeah for the time being im waiting for the price drop.

it hurts me to even speak of a nintendo console like this, but i might be compelled to cop a wii u when it's on a deep discount and has lots of first party games. basically, when it's dying.

Worst marketing ever for a console.
But I still plan on copping one this fall whether the price drops or not. They have a lot of upcoming games I'm looking forward to. I might even purchase one next month if Monster Hunter is legit.
