Jeff green finally played like his talent dictates
There's no reason this dude couldn't be at least Lamar Odom breh. He was impressive in gm 7, stepped up huge.

I actually feel that as great as Bron was, Jeff Green was the one who hit the biggest shot of the night. Brown just got an easy bucket on a blown defensive assignment, then Tatum dunked on Bron, whole team was hype, Bron missed a long jumper then TATUM comes down and hits a 3 off the dribble to take the lead :merchant: Roof blows off the place

It really looked like the Celtics were gonna pull it off behind an amazing rookie performance from Tatum. The summer would have been filled with Boston fans and Mike Korzemba-types saying that game and that sequence was some sort of passing of the torch and all kinds of goofy shyt.

But next possession they swung the ball, found Jeff Green, he hit a huge three to put Cavs up again and they never lost the lead after that. Really seemed to silence the crowd as well. That determined the game as much as anything imo.

THATS NOT GUNA WORK WHEN ROCKETS JUS HAD THIS GS TEAM ON THE ROPES AND WOULDA KNOCKED EM OUT IF NOT FOR A CP3 INJURY
People don’t understand this. And Houston didn’t have to beat them. Taking them to seven is enough to kill the unbeatable bullshyt narrative

A triple backhanded compliment.

Just once I wish you would acknowledge luck as a factor that has aided your beloved Golden State Warriors.
:gucci:

Because that's what happened, it's not an excuse, it's the truth. Did you also see where I said - "the Cavs deserved to win because they capitalized when the Warriors were wounded". You need luck to win, it happened last season, it happened in 2015 (when the Warriors won) and it's happened all throughout history. It comes with the territory of winning. And yes the Warriors got lucky with Kawhi going down, regardless if they would've beaten the Spurs with or without him. Just as LeBron's been lucky over the last 7+ years playing in the EC against lesser competition. You need luck to succeed in this league, hell it applies to sport in general.

With that said I still don't know how you came to the conclusion that I dismissed Kawhi's and Kyrie's injuries as "part of the game, b.".:jbhmm:
You have to be "very lucky" to win a title. 99.999999% of championship-winning teams have more luck go their way than every other team. It's how sports [life] works.
And why does my opinion matter so much to you?

no it's not especially when GS lost because they were disinterested in the game
Lmaooooo :pachaha:that’s your retort? They weren’t interested? Man gtfoh. You don’t get disinterested in a conference finals. You act like it was a round 1 series against a weak team. CPO as much as I hate him, put on in that series. They legit beat the warriors. Game 6 Houston was up. It just took a Harden legend performance to advance, he just didn’t have that in him. For some reason Houston with two stars played gs better than Lebron with three stars. Why is that? And don’t say Iggy cause the series was tied with Iggy playing. I believe Iggy okayed game 4
