Hellblade likely coming in 2021, followed by Avowed; Fable, The Iniative's new game, and Compulsion's new game in 2022/2023 :wow:

The plates are set, my man Phil bout to bring out the food so we can feast :wow:

Old games, double A games, DLC, and Craig. Oof. Quality > Quantity my friend. And how much time xbots have on them to be playing all these mid games?

MS can keep that anti-gamer business model over there :hhh:.

:mjlol:Wastelands 3 is AAA dummy, and Outer Worlds DLC will be updated for X1X as well as have the length and scale of the main campaign. The new Battletoads will be a classic as well.

:mjlol:Halo will have the largest userbase on the internet with Ninja at the forefront. Xbox won.

I still dont see the whole point of gamepass... it's not a new idea they've been trying to do this shyt from the old xbox and was called out on the bullshyt.. with the DRM and no used games, people conviently forget.

MS is a bunch of idiots because they give no PC gamer or any others an incentive to buy their system if ALL OF THEIR EXCLUSIVES CAN BE PLAYED FOR PC!!! :stopitslime:

One of the major differences between GamePass and rental stores/Netflix
is that once you paid their subscription/rental ...that was the final price. While
with Gamepass , besides the subscription ...they also push Micro-transactions.

Theres a reason why microsoft is trying to move away from single-player games
and made Halo 5 free to play.
Halo is free to play MP because

1) It's a proven fact that the more people that can play you shooter the longer legs it will have.
2) The live Paywall is going away.

Halo still cost full price if you want to straight up buy it and not use gamepass, but if you just want to play multiplayer then you can play that for free.

MICROSOFT DOES NOT CARE IF YOU BUY THEIR SYSTEM

You aren't seeing the bigger picture.

Microsoft is doing the game thing that apple did with Itunes, the only difference is (for now) they are giving you value along with it.

Apple want's you in the itune's eco system to the point you have so much saved, customized, backed up, and fine tuned that you don't want to move over to any other ecosystem. Xbox is going that same route, but are offering value to get you hooked in.

Xbox is the gaming console to get you locked into that, but they don't care if you don't by a series X if you getting gamepass on PC to play.

That doesn't mean they don't want the XsX to sell, because "ultimately" without success of the Xbox brand, gamepass wouldn't last with just PC accessibility... however in the long run when gamepass and Xcloud become available on more and more devices. "this smart tv's" it you'll see xbox and microsoft starting to look more and more like stadia.

Nintendo lowkey is doing this with old stuff now on the switch, and I know the NES and SNES get plenty of burn, and that's 4.99 a month for that (online service)

And yes you are right this whole digital era of games shared and played has been the plan, the no use games thing was simply because the game was bought digitally, the DRM and always online was so that you could share you games with up to 10 people of your choosing.

Fast forward to today and digital download is mad popular, people are always online and sharing digital games is a thing.

Alright look at it like this,

Microsoft at the end of the day wants to get to the point where they don't care how you log into gamepass to play.

However it's hard to sell a service and a ecosystem with having a piece of hardware attached to it.

How many people would be using iTunes if not for the iPhone still?

Xbox is Microsoft iPhone.... It will always be at the center of there "entertainment vision" unless it absolutely falls off a cliff at some point
