Spreading lies. The eyewitness didn't say for sure Kelsey had a gun, he said when she came out he seen a flash into the car. He mentioned how they were all close together too.

I think what some are missing is that Tory is equally as low quality as the women he was hanging with.
A high quality dude with his head on straight doesn’t end up in situations like this.
All these other male celebs are swimming in celeb women AND groupies and don’t end up in crap like this.
