@Ciggavelli I just got around to finishing season 2 
I still don't know exactly what is going on, but like the 1st season the show continues to nail that creepy, somber mood
So Victor was the genesis of people starting to return, but we don't know where or who exactly he is and his ultimate purpose
He was chilling with Julie at the end, but seemed shook by the baby being delivered to the doorstep by Lucy
I still don't know exactly who Lucy is either

I watched it with bootleg subtitles when it aired, so I think I missd a few things due to bad translations.
I might watch it again with real subtitles.
