Anyone who has a functioning brain knows that Trump is a pathological liar. Anyone who has paid any attention knows that Trump is the favored (and bankrolled) by right wing Israelis and Israel supporters who favor genocide, ethnic cleansing, and Israel's annexation of Palestinian territories. Trump openly stated that Biden was placing too many restrictions on Israel.
It amazes me that there are people stupid enough to believe his obviously fake promises to do anything that will improve the situation for Palestinians and Lebanese.

I think some voted for Trump because they agree with him, some voted for Trump to punish Harris and Biden and some voted for him because our winner takes all system is stupid and doesn’t allow for alternatives.
A refusal to vote for Harris is something that I could completely understand and respect. A rational thing to do instead would have been to vote third party or stay at home.
However, objecting to vote for Harris supposedly over Gaza and instead deciding to vote for someone who will undoubtedly be even worse in that respect makes no sense.
I can respect people refusing to vote for the "lesser of two evils." But in which universe does it make sense to voice your displeasure with the "lesser of two evils" by voting for the "greater of two evils"?

Are you sure? Because many here and in the media will tell you voting third party is a vote for Trump. (And in Michigan, a lot of people did vote third party. The total of third party votes exceeds the different between Harris and Trump.)
I don’t disagree with you, but I also think the fundamental thing you are not understanding is a genocide is currently happening right now. Biden and Harris are not the good guys and this train has already moved far down the tracks. I think Trump can offer worse, but these people are already in a genocide with the support of Biden and Harris and they’ve also given false promises and lied.
For me, the issue isn’t that they voted for Trump, but that our terrible constitution only allows for two options when we need more.
Yes, there is a genocide going on, and the people who have been perpetrating the genocide very clearly preferred Trump over Harris.
Yes, Biden and Harris have enabled and supported the people who are perpetrating the genocide. As bad as that is, why did that the latter people still favor Trump? Because he will somehow restrict them?
Palestine is basically done at this point. The Israelis are just going to wait for the international community to step in and take in the Gazans as refugees. Their calculation is that that is just a matter of time, as long as they continue to kill and make life hell for those who they don't kill. Once that is done, Israel will annex Gaza. They will also officially annex the West Bank. They will probably "let" the Palestinians stay as second class citizens, but they will continue to build settlements and make life hell for Palestinians. Their ultimate goal for the West Bank is also ethnic cleansing. I expect Israel will do something similar with southern Lebanon as well.

This rhetorical game doesn’t work when Biden has basically given the Israeli government every they want except one weapons shipment in April. You are worried about appearances and want us to ignore the actions.

His mismanagement of COVID caused a million deaths, the collapse of the supply chain, and the loss of 3 million jobs.
