Dyslexic maybe?
Doesn't really matter. If you can't read you have to RELY on what everyone is TELLING you :mindblown:

That should have been his #1 investment. And it costs you nothing

Hope he's an excellent judge of character

A man with a net worth of 700 millions don't go broke overnight, much of his money is probably not in cash but in assets, that's why he asked the IRS to wait after his battle with Gregor to pay his debt, it's a smart move. There are plenty of rich people who don't have cash in hand to pay something quickly but have millions in assets, that's why they always negotiate to pay their debts, it's something that poor and middle class people don't understand cause they don't have enough money to accumulate assets.

I believe it. He has connections to Warren Buffett for crying out loud, probably gave him some savvy business advice being since they are both part of the money team.

You ever think Buffett and Gates wanna stunt on fools? I know they don't walk around dressed like they the richest men in the world and Buffett lives modestly in his Nebraska home but don't you ever think he has a day where he's just like FUGG it and throws on fresh pair of Cousy's or Air Shayes, rock his 10 pound diamond chain, with the Louis Armstrong mixtape bumping out the Rolls Royce in traffic?

He may not have sole ownership of these properties although its more likely that Floyd has a stake in a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT)

Edit: I just checked out property value in Manhattan, median price per square foot is $1759, so it may be feasible that he does own some of these properties solely on his own.
Coli dumbass 'experts' forget there's things called loans

When 50 put Floyd out there and he said Floyd didnt really own mayweather promotions because it wasnt a real company, it was just a slogan, then stiffed 50 on the $2mill in money that he fronted him to even start the company, it let me know Floyd isn't in control of his money or have any business sense. But yet he own 9 buildings in Times Square and manages them well, but would rather pay interest and penalty on a income tax lien instead of paying it off with liquid assets. :patrice:
I would not be surprised if he's getting fleeced for his money and goes broke in a decade or so, and I hate to say that.
