Let me retract a bit by saying it was produced by Dre,ATL and LayLaw,but you definitely hear Dre’s production and sound through out that album for that time,but my bad!
Dre worked on that beat for quite a few years - it was supposed to be the outro on Doggystyle but got cut at the last minute:
Sean "Barney" Thomas did all the keys outside of what Troutman was doing on the Cali remix, which had all the template that all Dre beats had for the era. Template was used after Dre left but didn't have that "feel" Dre would have added:
