having worked in retail in my youth I've always said retail attracts some of the most hardcore weirdos you'll ever come across on this earth.

Its the sense of power trip. Most of these businesses have this motto of "the customer is always right", which is programmed into these privileged elite ass customers minds. Also, you got to deal with the fact that most of these "customers" are bitter because of being treated like shyt at their own jobs. So it's hurt people hurt people.

The only thing you can do in such situations is the following:

• Kill them with kindness
• Make them feel like the fool
• Walk away
• Get the manager
• Don't let them get the best of you
• Make them feel you

These points alone make these looney ass customers melt to the tip of your shoes.
