Philly is perfectly fine if you mean in terms of rebuilding. It's gonna optically look bad, but the Process is officially a resounding failure. I can't even say they did a great job of pivoting and adlibbing (letting Jimmy walk for virtually nothing, doing nothing with the Mikal trade, getting Al Horford just bc he whored Joel), but they rolled with the punches for a while

That being said, you should be able to get something for Joel and your books are pretty much cleaned by 2025 Phoenix is fukked in terms of assets, they got a Jerry Jones type owner (except no exp on the job) and 2 out of their "big 4" are cooked.
