He's playing better but he's still not playing a role that will translate to the NBA, he needs to run more offense and sets as a playmaker PG. Nobody is clamoring for a 6'1 inefficient scorer in the league, and it seems like they're playing him this way just so they can say "Hey, look at the G-League numbers he's putting up"

The passing had more to do with his dad than the picking.

Lots of team would have be down for a fan favorite player that low in the draft if they had a chance.
