Nothing pisses me off more lately, than nikkas who act like LeBron didn't have one of the highest peaks ever. "He has all these accolades because of longevity".........and yet the vast majority of every accomplishment he has, came before he was a Laker.
Especially when these same MF were saying he wouldn’t have longevity because he was just an athletic freak with no skill lol

I don’t disagree but the big picture is to impact the game by winning chips, everything else is whatever. A lot of great players can pass and guard multiple positions better than LeBron or MJ.
Bron got 4 of those as well. And who can pass as well as Bron and guard 4 maybe 5 positions depending on the big?

i bet a lot of people, including thecoli laker stans, will change their tune after lebron retires.

same dudes always trolling or with legitimate hate will acknowledge his greatness or even start claiming him. talking bout "he won a chip with our franchise, how many greats yall got"

the lakers have a lot of greats, but now that i think about it, i do think bron setting records in the lakers uniform, plus putting a banner up will add to his legacy.

I think it's the opposite present day.Once you retire, they zoom in with the microscope, and magnify all your flaws.Gen Alpha's right there waiting. They'll bulldoze Bron & build their guy on top of him.

i dont see how lebron can be ranked lower than he is today. highly unlikely we'll see his achievements be eclipsed in our lifetime. no one is even close or on track to do so. and he's still playing. the legend will only grow. plus his off the court work and philanthropy becomes more prolific. it all adds up.

He got injured and only played 42 games. In the playoffs he averaged 11 points despite playing 40 minutes a game.

But yeah Karl Malone was considered exceptional for his longevity and is still no where close to the level LeBron is playing at.

Historically unique.
And was the Lakers best player that season, His injury is why they lost to Detroit. He also sacrificed his role in hopes of winninbg a ring. Something LeBron will never do. It's always gonna be about him.

But Jordan didn't hold all the records, but he was regarded as the GOAT over WIlt and Kareem. Sohh all these longevity records LeBron got don't necessarily mean shiit.

no one holds all the records, but mj holds a bunch of records: two 3 peats in the modern era. a lot of people think he could have won 5-7 titles straight. holds reg season and playoff scoring avgs. team with the best reg season record plus title. long list.

the "longevity" records for bron do matter. especially when adding in the other accolades. his peak was wild. as unstoppable as anyone else in history. i think he actually over achieved.

bron is the goat of this generation, but mj is the goat of all goats for me.

Did his bag get any deeper since joining the Lakers. Or is it the same full head of steam layups and pull back dunks per usual:respect:?

His achievements don't have to actually be eclipsed. They just have to be deconstructed & attempted to be reduced down to nothing by the opposition.Bron already has legions of haters out there.20 yrs ago, people thought Michael Jordan was infallible. Now, even he gets put under the microscope. After about a decade, your brilliance starts to dull. You just naturally start to fade.Remember when Clark lost his powers and came back down to earth in Superman II?That regular Joe crucified him real bad at the diner. They'll be there waiting for Bron.Mike's out here getting his nose blooded by 12yr old white boys as we speak. The masses are azzes. They'll be on to the next big thing. So yeah, Zillennials, get your boxing gloves ready.Gonna have to slug it out for Bron.Y'all been scrapping for at least a decade already. It's just going to get more below the belt in the not so distant future.

He also have 6 of those Ls too. Bron has the most turnovers in NBA history and avg 3.5 turnovers per game for his career. He is a good playmaker but let’s not get carried away Bron stan. :russ: At LeBron guarding 4 or 5 positions effectively. Bron has a big physical body :dame:
