If you're a contending team drafting at the end of the 1st.. draft Bronny and if you get Bron as part of that package that could put you over the top. Even at 39.

I doubt he cares, but he'll have to accept the minimum or mid level exception in that case. Most contenders are near if not over the cap.

Some team will take a flyer on him.
