Truthfully, I had talks with one of my boys about this same type of topic recently. I can't think of any GOAT father whose kids surpassed them in any sport. It's always the dad that were decent/ok players that end up creating the superior son. Same with GOAT mothers. This is not an opinion, but actual facts but I wouldn't state so publicly. It's complete disrespect to the kids, hearing how they'll never be in their league. Plus he used the word soft. Bron or Shaq have every reason to attack this dude. Credit to Shareef, kid is a 5-Star who is a front runner for next years McDonald's game. He still needs a great AAU season, but I like what I see from him. His game is completely different from pops so comparing them is retarded. I love what I see from both Bron kids too. Jr playing style is just like his pops, while Bryce is the better shooter. Can't wait to see how both of them look in HS.

Now this my opinion only, but Kobe have 3 daughters and you know he is dying for a son. Kobe wouldn't rest unless his kid surpassed him. If Jr is his pops height, he would end up being a killer. We'll never know.

Like I said, all this chest puffing, talking bout your dad "went to war" and shyt...nicca stop. Coli dudes calling brehs bytch made and all this tough shyt...nicca do you even have kids? I have two. I been doing this shyt for 9 years at the highest level. The biggest reason BOTH my kids mothers have a great relationship with me, my family and with each other is because I'm an outstanding father.

@Todd McPiff, I been trying to take it easy on you cuz, but between this thread and the thread about Bron resting it's very clear you worship this nicca. You talking bout your dad went to war...nicca you act like Bron is your daddy.

So when Lavar reiterates that the pressure and scrutiny on Bron's boys will be high if they pursue basketball (both facts) there should be consequences right? Bron should go see this nicca right? Or maybe one of y'all dyckriding ass niccas should go see Ball yourselves and put in work for your idol's kids.

:russ:

The only thing i worship is common sense and logic breh. Whats so hard to understand? And it will always be like that, regardless of who is concerned breh. Its not my fault if some of y'all are that dense. :manny: Getting all up in your feelings wont get you anywhere breh but Im happy for you if you're an outstanding father and a great athlete. i really am :ehh:

Lebron a bigger attention whore than Lavar Ball could ever be. Hell, that's why he commented on Lavar, he couldn't have Lavar taking all his shine.

All Lavar is saying is it's gonna be harder for sons of NBA stars/ legends to make it. To be successful in the League.. FACTS.

What happened with MJ's sons?... They just wasn't that good......the pressure can be too much for some kids... They may have the genetics, but they can't develop that same will and determination it takes to be great...

Everything is given to them, but not that dog
Have you even looked at MJ's sons compared to MJ? Your argument shows a terrible understanding of both genetics and statistics. Jordans own brother didnt make the league and he had much more of Jordan's DNA than his kids.

It seems like you're saying his kids would have been hall of famers if they had been put up for anonymous adoption at birth because they would have had half of Jordan's DNA and no pressure :mindblown:

I'm not digging that deep breh...

The idea is would it be more pressure on children of a legend vs. a rotational player.

It's facts it would be more pressure on the children of a legend.

Don't get confused by all the other minutiae.

A flabby 49 year old might literally die in a scrap against a 32 year old super athlete, unless that 49 year old trained enough in combat sports to be ranked somewhere. Even if Lebron was a bytch
LeBron scrappin. he got way more to lose than Ball

Lavar responded

"I have no problem with LeBron, they asked me a question about if I thought superstar players’ kids were good. My opinion is I’ve never seen one that’s been really good. LeBron is going to make his kids one of the best players ever according to him.

I’ve never seen one really live up to what their dad has done, so he could be the first. It’s not about me having his kids name in my mouth, I’m not worried about his family. If somebody asks me a question I’ll answer it the way I want to answer it."

basically told bron to pull up
