I haven't traditionally been one to pile on Lebron, but man the idiosyncrasies in this guy really pile up, which are fascinating to me from a psychological perspective because dude has done so much but seems to have glaring insecurities.
Like what's the point of constantly lying so obviously and absurdly? The Autobiography of Malcolm X is probably my favorite, though there are others that are amusing as well. But with that one it encapsulates his need to make himself part of the discussion as an activist, but in such an obviously fraudulent manner. What's fascinating is, didn't he think anyone was going to ask him actual details about the book? Or is he so removed from being in a bubble that he thought, "yeah, if I sit here looking pensive with the book in my hand, I'm going to come across like I'm really putting in that work", and the media will eat it up!!
Additionally, it's fascinating from another view on human behavior, as in his stans will ignore it, or the more hardcore ones will even try to justify it or downplay it instead of the obvious "This dude is a pathological liar" lol. But hero worship is a motherfukker.
