A "joke" that's been in the back of people's minds for years and sent this story into overdrive and gave it new wings.

KG used to.be one of my favorite athletes/personality. I.dont even care for him, anymore. I take slander/putting dirt on ones name, extremely serious. I have a play Auntie who put an egregious lie on my name back in 2010, I have not talked to her since. One of the lowest things you can do is play with someone's reputation. Personally, I wouldnt concoct a lie on my worst enemy.

I'm not saying Bron has done PEDS, but Lance Armstrong was cleared by the FEDS in 2012 when they did a ongoing investigation on him. They said they found nothing, so they closed the case. We all know how things played out after that. Chael Sonnen is being bold with his claims of Bron using EPO, and Bron has yet to deny him. If this so called supplier does actually exist, then things might get interesting if he comes out and says something.

So this is part of the problem. People just make stuff up to fit a narrative.

The feds didn’t say they found nothing. By this time everyone knew he had doped.

This decision by the feds was related to charging him criminally for perjury/obstruction of justice.

The prosecutor didn’t want to go through another Bonds/Clemens type situation where you had the feds spending tens of millions of dollars trying to convict an athlete for perjury only to fail. They knew that Armstrong was under investigation by the USADA, he was being sued by various entities and I think behind the scenes he probably promised them he was going to admit to doping (which he did some months later).
