I’m not really mad at it because all the guys I knew used it for recovery and injury prevention etc (bodies was f up and regular humans take off work for a toenail)

The only people I don’t respect are track athletes. I cringe everytime I hear the name FloJo and I feel like whoever is #2 behind her is really the world record holder….

How Peyton got away with those but Brady got ransacked for air out of a football, allegedly, is mind boggling.

Like I mentioned before, we almost 40 years past FloJo and we still pretending it’s not a thing

We are not mentioning Ray Lewis or Peyton Manning, who both had major injuries and got tied up the same way Lebron did in this article (close friends or wives purchasing product), because it gets swept under rug after the initial investigation - my theory is because it does more harm to the league than good.

I still believe if the feds weren’t involved with the rogue referee case that story would’ve been silenced too.

IMO, Nike’s investment in Lebron himself makes them an even bigger part of the story than the nba. He’s a $1+ billion investment for a company that is worth 2x than the value of all the nba teams combined with little regards for human rights. They will do what is necessary to make shareholders happy.

We also saw how MLB handled steroids in the open and was never quite the same since then. A whole generation of superstars being kept out of the Hall of Fame because no one knew how to handle it. None of the other sports leagues want to deal with that kind of circus.
