Use your head.. What would you possibly need to do for maintenance on something like that. What possibly would you have to do after the doctor surgically fixes your hairline by grafting hair from another part of your skull to fix it?
His hairline always gets lost, kidnapped or trapped somewhere...but then he, against all odds saves it...& then every year it gets lost again...

I don't think it's as simple as you guys are making it. I think there are varying levels of success (like with any kind of cosmetic surgery). Hell, Jamie Foxx's shyt looked weird for YEARS. He probably just got it figured out after like his 5th go round.
