Blatt was on the floor and would have gotten a tech had Lebron not pushed him.
And again, things happen in the heat of the moment. We don't really know what was on his mind or what was said between him and the coaching staff about the sub or sitting in the seat. If you wanna read into it that he's disrespecting the coaches then that's what you'll see.
Me personally I saw the subbing himself out thing as disrespect to his fellow players for just walking off the court and leaving them there cause he was frustrated.
D Will, Melo, Dwight, Cousins, etc. I think the term is bullshyt anyway since it pretty much takes all the blame off of the coaches and puts it squarely on the player.
